Getting StartedHaving a web site built by IWD or any designer is a cooperative effort. While our job is to know the technical and aesthetics of web design, we rely on you for content and for helping us shape the site in a way that will appeal to your target audience. Having an idea of what you want on the site is an essential first step. If you know what content you would like on the site, and have a general idea of the look and feel you are shooting for, that gets us a lot closer our goal of a great finished product. I encourage my clients to take some time and look around online to see what sites they like and what sites they don't like (and why). We can use those ideas for a launching pad for our own site. |
