Bella Event Catering catered our wedding on the 16th of December 2007, at the Old Woolen Mill in Cleveland, TN.
While the setting automatically produced a unique vibe and extraordinary atmosphere, this was only heightened by the services Bella Event Catering provided! Every man and woman hopes their wedding to be the best, the pictures to turn out beautifully, and the entertainment to be top notch. Not to mention when thinking of those guests that have been invited, one hopes that the food is not a letdown. Soon after arriving at our venue we knew this would not be an issue for our guests. Not only was the spread of beautiful fruits and chesses and crackers simply spectacular for the eye, the food itself was by far the most phenomenal food I have ever encountered at a wedding event. My philosophy is that typically weddings consist of mass produced food, which ends up sacrificing the overall quality. The more you have to cook the longer it takes, so shortcuts are taken and ultimately shortcomings are achieved. However while I am not quite sure how it was done, Bella Event Catering was able to produce an absolutely fabulous feast for all our guests. While my wife confesses she did not eat much that night due to nerves and the business of the evening, I personally could not turn myself away from what was sat before us. The chicken was not only freshly cooked on site, but was cooked to absolute perfection. My family and I still rave about the mango salsa that was simply to die for. I know my revue of his services might sound over dramatized, I assure you that I could not have asked for a single thing better from the services we received. From the presentation, which is something that blew us away, to the delivery and overall quality, Bella Event Catering truly has a gift for this craft.

I wanted to thank you again for the great food you served at the Cleveland Valentine dinner. Having had your barbeque, I was really looking forward to the food and I was not disappointed. From the pasta to the cheesecake, it was truly a delicious meal. Not normally being a big fan of pork, I was highly impressed with the meat and told my wife that may have been the best roast I had ever tasted in my life.
Also I never got a chance to say thanks for the Turkey during the Christmas season. We had it at my sister-in-laws house and the entire family agreed it was the juiciest turkey we had ever eaten. It was so good everyone asked for the leftovers to take home with them!

I consider myself a bar-b-que conisoure. I have had bar-b-que in several states and countries and no one can come close to WBBQ Bar-b-que. He catered my wedding as well as many other events for me. I have never been disappointed. His absolutely the best I have ever eaten.

We were delighted at the service and quality of food at our daughter’s wedding reception. WBBQ Catering did an excellent job, and Lewis and Kim were wonderful to work with. They were so helpful in helping us decide on the menu and the quantities we needed for the occasion.
Bella Event Catering is extremely creative and the display of fruit was beautiful. Also the layout of the room with the tables in sections was extremely helpful for the flow of the people.
The food was perfect in appearance and simply delicious!
The festive way in which the food was arranged and displayed made the whole event a huge success!

World Class Catering did a wonderful job catering the food for my husband’s and my wedding last summer. We were really pleased with everything! He was so kind and flexible to work with and I appreciated how he communicated to us not to worry about anything and just enjoy our special day. We feel like they really went to great lengths to make the reception beautiful, and not only was the food wonderful, but the presentation was as well. I wasn’t worried about a thing because I know Bella Event Catering and the staff are people of integrity.
